Ryan & Andrea met like so many of us these days, on a dating app. It was the fall, there wasn't a lot going on midweek, so their first date was at a magic show. This might have been a little strange for some people, but their lives were already full of magic, Ryan is a maker of miniature landscapes and sculptures while Andrea works in live entertainment and event marketing.
They share a passion around creating experiences, and infusing meaning and wonder into everything that they do.
Their Engagement Story: Ryan made Andrea's first engagement ring out of wood and inlaid it with stones. He wrote "love you forever, and sun moon stars" in braille.
Being nature lovers, one of their favorite places is Stony Creek park in metro Detroit. There was a tree that went down near a trail that Ryan had been watching for years… the roots formed a heart shape, he knew that would be the perfect spot.
A year later, as they began planning their wedding Ryan & Andrea came into EBJ to begin the process of designing an engagement ring that will last a lifetime. Using the inspiration of moon and stars and being mindful of every aspect of the project the couple worked with the EBJ team to design the perfect ring.
