Shipping
- All in stock jewelry will ship within 1-3 days.
- For made to order designs please check the listings for timelines. Send an email to info@elainebjewelry.com if an exact ship date is needed.
- Choose the shipping speed that is right for you at check out. All packages are insured and shipped through UPS, some packages may require a signature.

Returns & Exchanges
- We will work with you to make sure you receive exactly what you want.
- You may return EBJ merchandise for a full refund within 10 days of purchase as long as it is in new condition with original packaging. After 10 days we offer exchange only.
- There is no time limit to return or exchange a piece, however if it has been more than 90 days after the purchase date or if there is damage to the item we may offer a reduced value.
- Please note that Custom Designs, Forever Linked and Sale Items are not returnable.

Repairs
We want you to love and wear your jewelry everyday. With that wear, your jewelry may need maintenance just like everything else. For repairs, please start by reading our Warranty and Product Care page.
