Forever Linked

Forever Linked are light and airy bracelets without the burden of a clasp. They will stay on until you decide to cut them off! The perfect low-maintenance jewelry for the person who wants to accessorize without having to think about it. This is an in-store experience where you'll work with our jewelers directly to make your custom bracelet or anklet while you watch!

We always welcome walk-ins during open hours. 

Please arrive by: Tuesday - Friday: 11am - 5:30pm Saturday: 11am - 3:30pm

- Please keep in mind that Saturdays are our busiest day of the week for this service.
- We cannot guarantee a spot on busy days, if you know that you would like to come, please schedule an appointment.
- If you schedule an appointment you must arrive on time. If you are late for your appointment you may have to wait until the next available time slot.
- Walk-ins are first come first served. A waitlist is implemented when the line is longer than 2 parties.

Each 15 minute appointment is for 1 person. A party of 4, for example will need 4 appointments or a total of 1 hour. 

If your group is larger than 4, please call the store or email to coordinate a time.

There is no harsh sensation associated with any part of this experience. 

With a little help from the oils on your skin and our polishing cloth, your Forever Linked jewelry should stay shiny. We are also happy to clean and reattach it for $10.

14k Gold - Solid gold
Goldfill - Gold fused onto brass, very durable, not solid gold. 

Chains and charms will be reattached free of charge if they come off due to faulty construction within the first 30 days. If you need to reattach your bracelet for any reason the price is $10.

While the bracelet is welded on, it is something that you wear everyday and many things can happen in life. Don’t worry, we’re here for you “forever”.

• Forever bracelets and anklets are not refundable and not returnable
• Chains will be reattached free of charge if they come off due to faulty construction within the first 30 days (you must have the chain)
• We charge $10 to reattach a chain if (it was the customer’s fault or choice) it comes off for any reason
• There is a $10 reattach fee after 30 days of wear.
• If a chain is damaged beyond repair, it can be traded in for 30% off a new one.

No, you should not have any trouble traveling with forever linked jewelry on!

Stop in on Tuesday-Friday (we will be too busy on Saturdays to give you our full attention for this). Our jewelers need to see your chain in person and make sure that our jump rings fit and it is not damaged. If the chain can be relinked the cost will be $30. 

*We do not offer a warranty on chains that are not purchased from EBJ. 

It depends on the procedure that you are having and your nurse. Check with your doctor’s office to find out their policy. You can cut your chain off at the jump ring with wire cutters or scissors if necessary. You can also come in and we will remove it for free.

It might. Each metal is different but it can tarnish with salt, chlorine and sulfur. Don’t worry in most circumstances it can be easily cleaned.
