Custom Jewelry

Involved custom designs usually start at $3,500.

Design Deposit

This is the most collaborative time of the project. Please be ready to communicate with our team in order to make decisions and move the project forward.

A $400 non-refundable deposit is required for custom projects to move forward to the design and/or stone sourcing process. This deposit is credited to the balance and provides research, designing and pricing out different options for you.

• 4 designs
• 6 sourced stones (images/videos)
• 2 memo stones (Seen in person at one of our stores)

Additional designs or stone sourcing will be billed as Additional Design Time.

50% Deposit
Once your stone(s) are selected, 50% of your total balance is required to secure your stones. Sourced stones are unique, we cannot guarantee the availability of a sourced stone until we have purchased it. Custom projects are estimated to be completed 12 weeks after this 50% deposit is paid.

This includes everything in the Design Deposit as well as:

• Creating your design, in most cases this is a 3D CAD rendering that will be shared after the 50% deposit. At that time you will be able to make one round of edits.
• All metal used in the project.
• Labor and manufacturing.
• Packaging and appraisal.

If we are sourcing a stone, we will not purchase it until we have received your 50% deposit. Each stone is unique and typically one of a kind. We cannot guarantee the claim of a stone until we have purchased it, or it’s already in our possession.

You may be able to trade in heirloom gold for credit towards your custom project. We give you 85% of the value of your gold (as set by current market values). You can pay for up to 40% of your project with this credit. *We will not cast your heirloom gold into your custom project, it is used only at a trade in value. 

We require this signed waver to receive heirloom stones and jewelry. A fee of $20-$600+ is added to each custom project using heirloom stones. These fees are based on each stones size, quality and carat weight. The project timeline doesn’t start until a 50% deposit has been paid, your heirloom stones/jewelry have been received and waver is signed. Upon receiving of stones, and after 50% deposit, your stones will be removed from their original setting and assessed. There are occasions where removed and assessed stones are unfit for resetting. At this time, we will contact you with alternative options. The customer must provide a copy of an appraisal or stone certificate to receive an appraisal of the final design.

A 20% rush fee will be added to the total of your custom project if you would like it completed in less than 12 weeks. *Subject to availability.

You will receive your jewelry in a jewelry box with jewelry cleaner with a care card. You will also receive an archival folder with a handwritten card with details about your jewelry, suggestions about insuring your jewelry and in most cases an appraisal. All of this will be lovingly wrapped in a branded white linen bag with tissue.

Custom projects are estimated to be completed 12 weeks after the 50% deposit is paid.

When your project is completed, you will receive an emailed link to make the final payment. You are expected to pay your final balance within 7 days of receiving your final invoice.

We love to hear about how the jewelry is received and to share stories from our clients. We may reach out to you to ask you more about your project so that we can craft a social media or blog post. You can also share with us anytime! We will only share details that you are comfortable with.

Custom designs are not returnable or refundable. Design proposals and quotes are valid for 60 days.
