Shipping, Refund Policy and Rapairs

SHIPPING

Everyday jewelry usually ships in 2-3 days. 

Fine jewelry pieces have unique lead times, please check the listing for details. You can also send an email to info@elainebjewelry.com for an exact ship date. 

As a default we currently use UPS for domestic shipments and UPS or DHL for international. Please send and email to info@elainebjewelry.com if another service is needed. 

All fine jewelry orders over $500 will include insurance coverage. 

We absolutely love mail, packaging and details, you can be assured that your jewelry will be beautifully and lovingly packaged. 
  


REFUND POLICY


We want you to love and wear your jewelry. We will work with you to make sure it is exactly what you want.  


Orders can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase; after that you may exchange or receive store credit. 


There is no time limit to exchange a piece, however if it has been more than 90 days after the purchase date or if there is damage to the item we may offer a reduced value.

 
Custom project deposits and payments are non-refundable. Forever Linked bracelets are custom jewelry and are non-refundable as well. If for some reason down the road you would like an exchange on a custom ring or fine jewelry piece please email info@elainebjewelry.com.

REPAIRS


We want you to love and wear your jewelry, however, we know things can sometimes happen. We'll be happy to repair your Elaine B Jewelry piece for a small fee for pieces older than 30 days. Here is a link to repair pricing and payments.
